ALYSHA NICHOL
ABOUT ME
I am a registered COSRT Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist (PRT) and a Loss & Bereavement Counsellor.
My journey of being a therapist started when I was trying to understand my own identity and sense of self. I think we are too quick to define ourselves by the norms created around us. I encourage my clients to define their own normal.
I became a therapist as I like to help people learn and develop better ways to handle issues that are standing in the way of achieving their full potential. I learn a lot from my clients and really value the therapeutic relationship. My clients say I am easy to talk to, easy to be open with and non-judgemental.
I provide a warm, friendly, confidential space, where you can feel safe, challenged and have the autonomy to explore whatever is on your mind. The outcome of therapy I most value is seeing my clients personal growth; it is a wonderful thing to watch. I feel that the process of therapy is a rewarding experience.

INTEGRATIVE HUMANISTIC APPROACH...
...using Existential, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred techniques.
The aim of humanistic therapy is to help you develop a stronger, healthier sense of self. I care about the present moment and want you to achieve your highest potential. I specialise in Psychosexual and Relationship therapy, and also have experience in Loss and Bereavement.
